Mandi Roarke, M.A., LMFT
Executive Director
Mandi Roarke is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Executive Director of Austin Family Institute, and founder of Zessio, a platform designed to support therapists in building sustainable, values-aligned practices.
Her work sits at the intersection of clinical care, leadership, and systems development. As a therapist, Mandi takes a collaborative, relationship-focused approach, working with individuals and couples to better understand patterns of communication, navigate conflict, and rebuild connection and intimacy. Her clinical work often includes supporting clients through relational stress, life transitions, and the complexities of modern partnership and family life.
In her leadership role, Mandi focuses on strengthening organizational clarity, sustainability, and alignment. She works to ensure that clinical excellence, team wellbeing, and operational systems support—not compete with—one another. At Austin Family Institute, her work centers on keeping the organization deeply rooted in its mission while adapting to the evolving needs of clients, clinicians, and the Austin community.
Through Zessio, Mandi extends this work beyond a single organization, supporting therapists and group practices in building systems that reduce burnout, increase accessibility, and allow for more intentional, sustainable care.
Across all areas of her work, Mandi is committed to thoughtful, relationally grounded leadership that bridges the gap between how care is delivered, how organizations function, and how clinicians are supported, while keeping connection, collaboration, and collective empowerment at the center of meaningful, sustainable change.
