Emily is a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate student dedicated to helping individuals, couples and families build stronger and healthier relationships through empathy, collaboration, and authenticity. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in systemic and relational perspectives recognizing the impact that family dynamics, attachment and lived experiences have on emotional well-being and connection.
Emily has experience working with diverse populations in different mental health settings. She is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming environment where clients feel heard, respected and empowered. Emily utilizes a collaborative approach while integrating systemic models to guide the therapeutic process and support clients navigating challenges related to communication, life transitions, anxiety, self-esteem, family conflict and relationship distress.
Known for her warm and grounded presence Emily values genuine human connection and believes therapy should be a space where clients can explore their stories without judgment while discovering new ways of relating to themselves and others. She is committed to fostering resilience, emotional security, and meaningful change through compassionate and responsive care.
